What Causes Dull Stomach Ache And Bloating Of Stomach?

I have dull stomach ache around navel area every day for three weeks. ultra sound scan shows gallbladder stones but I understand they may not be causing my pain as not affected by eating. Any idea what else it could be. I also feel bloated all the time
