What Causes E Coli Infection?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi my son has a rash in his groin area looked like a yeast rash and treated as yeast infection. Aculture was also done and turned out to be e. coli . Do you think this is a uti that has been ongoing? He is a special needs child.
