What Causes Ear Fullness And Tinnitus?
have been experiencing an ear fullness in my right ear for last 2 months, had a tinnitus or roaring noise in background that happened once a week. Tinnitus or slight roaring lasts a few hours or a day after taking advil goes away? When I open right side of jaw it appears to pull inside of my ear?

As per your query about feeling of ear fullness and tinnitus points towards an underlying condition in ear like damage in inner ear due to loud sound or nerve damage. Too much wax deposition leading to hearing loss and tinnitus, increased amount of fluid in ear causing pressure and tinnitus.

Till then avoid exposure to loud sound and if ear wax collection is the cause removal of it by the doctor will treat the problem.
