What Causes Ear Tinnitus With Eardrum Discoloration?
I hope this hasn t gone through three times...I have a rumbling/windy sound in my left ear. Doctor said eardrum was discolored and referred to ENT specialist but that could take months. Aside from the mental frustration of the sounds, should this be rushed?? Could I lose my hearing??
Middle ear infection or effusion may cause tinnitus and discoloration of tympanic membrane. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet lecope-AD twice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
