What Causes Earache And Dizziness?
Since Thursday, I have had a painless fullness in my right ear. On Friday afternoon I had severe dizziness affecting my ability to walk straight. It passed in 30 minutes or so. Then early Saturday morning (6am when I got up to void) I had a less severe bout of dizziness in which I slept another three hours and was fine. On Sunday, I had another bout of dizziness, like on Saturday which passed in an hour. Today no dizziness (yet) and considerably less fullness in the ear. There has been no pain at all. Is this a middle ear infection or something else?

Yes, I think that could be due to middle year infection. Consult your ENT and do some basic labs which guide for further management.
