What Causes Early Periods Along With Lower Abdominal Pain?

I am a week before my period and I m not sure if it s right for my right ovary to be sore and even more sore when I press down on it. I don t know if it s just period cramps because sometimes I can feel cramps but then they stop and I just have the pain in my ovary

Hi, I think it can be period cramps. You may get your periods in few days. If pain is severe, you can consult a gynecologist for complete examination. You can take some pain killers also. It can be due to ovulation pain also. May be your ovulation has occurred late this time. Hope it helps.
