So yes gall bladder problem like gall stone or cholangitis like condition can increase your liver enzymes level.... You should consult gastroenterologist and gall bladder problem should be treated accordingly.... If stone symptomatic and multiple stone with frequent attack of cholangitis then gall bladder needs removal... If single stone present or small sized stone then ursodeoxycholic acid tablet can be used for gall stone... Whenever gall bladder wall infection like cholangitis occurs antibiotic can be given... Rest done...If needed antiinflammatory drug like brufen given.. As having gall bladder problem take low fat diet with more fruits like avocados, indian gooseberry, apple,papaiaya etc. Consult gastroenterologist for detail examination and investigation accordingly...
