OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Increased ALT ( Alamine transaminase) in pregnancy is suggestive of liver derangement, either due to liver infection( hepatitis) or obstetric cholestasis , due to hormonal disturbances in pregnancy.
Liver function derangement can also occur due to claritine intake, which is loratidine. Loratidine is found to cause hepatitis and hepatic necrosis in few patients.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated. In the meantime, do stop taking loratidine tablets.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
