What Causes Elevated BP Along With Dizziness And Fatigue?

My blood pressure is 135 over 59, but the top number has been over 140 and the lower number has been around 50. I am experiencing some dizziness when I turn my head and have been dealing with fatigue for a good while. I am a 54 year-old male with a long history of t T1 diabetes. 46 years to be exact.

Hello,

Blood pressure of 140/90 will not cause dizziness and fatigue. You may be suffering from acute labyrinthitis, vestibular neuronitis, anemia or autonomic neuropathy in diabetes etcetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Diligon for five days and keep control of your blood sugar.

If symptoms not improved, then please consult your physician so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
