Hi there, the vital signs that you reported during your workout are actually within normal ranges for a woman participating in a warm up work out! I am however a bit more concerned about the tremor that you experienced all of a sudden, and the fact that you have also been having some headaches as well. I would like to get some more information from you. Was the sweating that you experienced more than usual for you? Did you feel warm and flushed more than normal at the same time? As you are 46 years old, have your menstrual periods been regular? (The sweating could have been related to a hot flash if you are premenopausal or menopausal)
If the headaches are new for you and you suddenly had a tremor in your left arm that had nothing to do with the exercise that you were doing, I would be concerned for possible seizure activity. I would recommend you go see your primary care doctor if you do not typically have headaches. Hope this was helpful to you.
