What Causes Elevated BP And Rashes All Over The Body?

I was cooking supper an I passed out an fell on my face. My BP is usually 120/80 I took It after I was able to get up an it was 92/54. . The next day it was 130/75 an today it is 110/84. I also broke out in a rash all over. What is this a symptom of ? Thank you

This is the normal range. don't worry. You do exercise regularly and yoga helps. Bath with neem soap. Apply calamine lotion on affect area.
