What Causes Elevated BP And Sugar Levels With Extreme Fatigue And Tingling Hands?

I have been extremely tired to the point I can not stay up longer than a two or three hours. My blood pressure has around 187/90. Blood sugar was 285 today. I have tingling in my hands and feet. No energy what so ever it is effecting my every day life.

Good evening. Well your BP and sugar are both uncontrolled. You need to see a physician at the earliest and get your medicines started/adjusted. With these high sugars and BP, it can affect your internal organs if not taken care of early..
