What Causes Elevated BP Levels?

Hello I am 42 years old and I am monitoring my BP on home digital machine. Generally the MY BP is 130-138/80-88. I am taking Star Press AM XL, Prescribed by my doctor. However when I visit and take BP in doctors office, my BP is 160-180/80, however at home it is normal. Pl advice Kiran Patil

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I always advise to all of my patients that better to get done the BP reading with physician because if you are going to read it on your own then chances of error would be very likely because of self consciousness and instrumental error, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
