What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Along With Mild Pain In Heart?
Sir i am 48 year old male.as my b p during check up recotded 160/90 the doctor recommended vertin -8 mg daily1 tablet along with nebistar sa whi h was directed to half tablet.i have been usung this almost weekly twice when ever i feel uncomfortable. Further; i used long didtsnces for tours .recently another MD checked my b p and said to take x ray for neck and foynd cervical spondilysis vertigo. L 5 and L6 slightly problem and daid this msy be one of reason for high b p.and gave medic also advised to use stugerion when ever i feel Giddines. My recent problm now i feel some pain im heart slightly . I got problem of piles in the initail stage. is there any side effect for usage of Neistar sa and vertim 8 mg . kindly advice shall i contimue or

You have history of high blood pressure and are also diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. Presently, you are having pain in the heart & are also suffering from piles problem. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Cardiologist, get all routine cardiac tests, lipid function tests, imaging tests done to detect any developing CAD. You will be treated accordingly. Take sitz bath to get relieve from pile pain. Take acetaminophen, one SOS to ease pain and discomfort. Apply Pilex forte ointment or prilox cream for relief from pain, swelling, itching and discomfort associated with passing of stools.
Side effect of the medicine Nebistar is slow heart rate, dizziness, cold extremities, nausea, etc. Side effect of Sturgeron is sleepiness, vertigo, indigestion, nausea, etc. You are suggested to inform your treating doctor about the side effects you are experiencing so that the doses can be monitored or medicines replaced by ones that suits you better.
