The are many causes of high blood pressure with despite of your workout you can have it.for example:heredity, excessive amount of salt in food, stress etc.
You should significantly reduce amount of salt in food, take less stress by doing meditation, yoga etc. These things will surely help you.
You should do above mentioned remedies & should monitor your blood pressure & heart beat regularly.
Medication should be started if it doesn't get under control/if medication started you should take it regularly.
Wish you a rapid recovery!
Thanks & Regards, Dr.Ravin Shah
