Hi,

As your main companies headed and you are having too high-pressure readings which seem to be at evening time. A headache and fatigue are very common symptoms of hypertension which is high blood pressure but a headache can also be due to an increased heart rate. If you are having high heart rate then you need to start and hypertensive.

Secondly, as you told you are exercising three times a day, studies have shown that high-intensity exercises can cause fatigue and headache in hypertensive patients but low-intensity exercises are beneficial in regard of relieving headache and fatigue. So if you are having a normal pulse and a slight increase in your blood pressure as it is shown in your case, you don't need antihypertensive drugs to control your blood pressure, you just need to modify your diet and salt restriction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
