General & Family Physician 's  Response
blood pressure at 180/100 is an indication for hypertensive emergency treatment.
Such high values if not controlled will lead to consequences like brain stroke where a blood vessel in brain will get burst due to high pressure known as haemorragic stroke leading to paralysis or coma.
Therefore please maintain ur blood pressure and get it checked at regular intervals.
Pls get done an ecg and 2d echo to rule out any heart problems.
Get a non contrast CT to rule out any intracranial bleeds.
Pls consult a cardiologist for further assistance.
