General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Blood pressure shows fluctuations if any physical activity or exercise done

At least for two times your blood pressure should be measured in resting position....

Your blood pressure seems high...

If your blood pressure remain high then low dose amlodipine 5 mg can be effective in your case

Check your sugar level also

Take low salt diet and exercise will be beneficial

Consult physician for examination and blood pressure measurement

If needed physician will take history to rule out any secondary cause of hypertension if present

Hope this will help you
