General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you add Hydrochlorothiazide drug daily, early morning. The result will be seen after 2 to 3 weeks.

I would not recommend clonidine drug for use. Meanwhile, check daily your blood pressure, and if it keeps high values, then you might need another medicine to add.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anila Skenderi
