What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure While On Prilosec?

I have taken 20mg of Prilosec bid today. tonight while at work I had a blood pressure of 144/88 with a pulse that was between 107 and 58 according to the 02 sat machine. slightly flush no jaw or arm pain. I had one of my peers take my pulse and she said it was irregular. I have no cardiac history have never had this happen. I take Prilosec only on occasion but todasy I took a total of 40mg. thanks rick

Prilosec do not cause hypertension or irregular heart beats.
But these symptoms definitely need medical attention to rule out cardiac arrhythmias and coronary artery disease.
An EKG needs to be done at this point.
