What Causes Elevated Calcium Level, Low Vitamin D And Constipation?

i have an elevated calcium level, extremely low vitamin d level, problems with constipation, tingling numbness like a spasm in between my shoulder blades that comes all the way thru to the front of my chest, the same in my feet up to my knees when i sit for any length of time. tests showed nothing wrong with my heart, gallbladder, esophagus or stomach. also no pad or blood clots. could this be coming from some type of arthritis cutting off the circulation when i sit down for any length of time? ra runs in my family is why i am concerned.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it can be constipation but it may not be due to the increase level of calcium and other minerals, but it can be due to less amount of water intake less amount of fiber diet taken, other condition of spasm pains are nothing to take anything with constipation and it is not suggestive of arthritis condition, for the other issue it could be due to stress and insignificant so no need to worry about this, fibromyalgia could be the case, try to come out the stress, hope this information helps.
