Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fatty replacement of the liver and pancreas does not occur when a person is
overweight.
There are many other causes of
fatty liver and fatty pancreas.
Alcoholism is the most common cause of fatty change in liver and pancreas.
Besides alcoholism, non-alcoholic causes are also implicated most common being
diabetes mellitus,
malnutrition, starvation, obesity etc.
Thus, if you have any of the above mentioned risk factors, they have to be removed to reverse the changes of fatty liver and fatty pancreas.
Creatine is released from the skeletal muscles.
Any injury to the skeletal muscles will lead to increase in level of creatine.
It can be corrected by increasing the intake of water.
Besides this you should also get the tests for renal functions.
Thanks and take care
