What Causes Elevated Pulse Rate Along With Diarrhea And Nausea?

I ve been having a high pulse rate for past several days. &. Diarrhea And. Nausea . I went to see my encrioligist. On Thursday. And she changed my synth round again, due to myt4. Being still high. 2.7. And also put me on. Inderal. . My blood pressure was low. 100/60. But my pulse rate was very. High. And it s still high

i can understand your concern. your high pulse rate is most probably due to the diarrhea. you havent mentioned how high is our pulse, anything between 100 to 125 doesnt warrant immediate starting of medications. if its above 150 then we have to use medications.
TSH levels of 2.7 are normal and donot require dose adjustment as such.
i would suggest you to get your bp checked once again. inderal reduces both the blood pressure as well as pulse rate. it is not advisable for you you as your b.p is very low.
an ecg is required to check for any rhythm abnormalities.
