What Causes Episodes Of Dizziness, Blurry Vision And Chest Discomfort?

Hello, I m 56 year old, I weigh 138 and I do have high blood pressure. My BP has been under control with my medication that I take every morning. I m not a smoker nor do I drink, I m careful about my diet and wieght. However, once every few months I start feeling a discomfort in my chest, my head fuzzy, light headed and some dizziness, sometimes my eyes get blurry. When this is happening I feel pretty bad and just want to be laying down. Can you tell me what can be causing this?

complete eye and general examination, is requered to be done. hypertention profile and ineye refraction, fundus examination is to be done. hy pertensive retinopathy is to be ruled out.serum cholesterol and lipid profile is to be assesed. incase of any abnormality requered treatment is to be done. life style changes may be donelike regular morning walkand exercise is to be done. cataract and glaucoma is to be excluded.
