What Causes Episodes Of Lightheadedness, Nausea And Impaired Balance?
Recently I get these spells of lightheadiness nausea and it starts to effect my balance. I feel bad for some time and after awhile I get to feeling a little better. I can feel these spells coming on. I SUFFER FROM BLOOD PRESSURE PROBLEMS TAKE 160 MG OF MEDICINE AND FLUID PILLS. mY DOCTOR SAYS IT IS under control.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms of lightness of head and have history of hypertension then it is advisable to get done the CT of head because it may be due to TIA, if the test result is unremarkable then it is nothing to worry, second I would suggest to get done the Blood sugar test hope this information helps.
