What Causes Episodes Of Radiating Pain In Jaw, Neck And Chest?

I had an episode of pain from my jaw, going down my neck and chest. It felt like a crushing pain, even inside my throat. Went to ER. They did 2 EKG s, drew blood, and my blood pressure was fine, and my pulse a little low. Kept me a while, then sent me home. I have had a stress test, which was fine, and checked my arteries in my neck. Should I pursue this further, or wait to see if it happens again?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the investigations are unremarkable then it is nothing to worry and better to follow the advise given by your physician, you have not stated anything about your age and gender else something related could have been advised hope this information helps.
