What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?
i am a healthy 45 year old male. my wife and i have a very good sex life. for the past few years, after working very long hours (75-80) per week, i experience some erictile troubles. additionally, i have had a bad back for the last few months including a pinched nerve that caused numbness in 3 fingers on left hand. wondering if either the end of the work year or the back can cause erectile troubles? if so, any advice?

You are facing problem of secondary Erectile Dysfunction since couple of days especially after heavy work load .
It is common to have temporary Erectile dysfunction after either physical or mental stress which usually gets resolved within couple of days .
Taking Sildenafil (Viagra)as on demand will help to get good hard and sustainable erection.
