What Causes Excess Sweating During Night,fever And Body Tremors?

I m experiencing short term full body sweats (generally at night), I will start to get cold, full body shaking and then break out in a fever of 102+ My skin on my lower back has become hot, and very sensitive. Feels like a sun burn but guarantee its no as I haven t exposed that part of my body. My whole body is sensitive. This has happened 3 times in 6 months. Last episode was in August for 3 days.

yes sweating fever body tremors indicate there is infection in body
I would like to suggest plz have a antipyretics like paracetamol 500mg twice daily along with antibiotic like cefixime o 200 mg for 5 days

I would like to appreciate if you have done investigations like CBP.ESR, CUE ,WIDAL mp.chest xray ,

with reportd plz consult HCM or family doctor
plz drink plenty of liquids ..

I would like to mention once plz check HTN, diabetes . ok
don't worry it may subside ..
