What Causes Excess Tiredness And Lack Of Appetite?
Hi doctor, everyday I seem to be just as tired or even more tired. I can t seem to explain it. I take naps quite often and go to bed early and wake up late. My appetite is pretty weird too. I am only hungry at least once a day and only hungry enough for a scoop of ice cream at most. I m also quite sad a lot for no reason.

- Thyroid deficiency as hypothyroidism
- Low hemoglobin level
- Co-morbid depression
- Pyrexia of unknown origin
