What Causes Excessive Abdominal Bloating?

Hi I am having abdominal bloating which is not new but now it is combined with sensation (it is not painful) on the right side of abdomen it almost feels like gas bubbles are trapped, sensation is in the same place and you can see this area move (intermittently) when just looking at the abdomen

According to your complain you have problem of excessive bloting in abdominal area.First think about any food allergy. Lactose intolerant cause abdominal bloting problem after eating dairy product. Celiac disease cause same symptoms after eating gluten foods.....

Infection of giardia or other parasitic or bacterial cause abdominal problems. Stool examination test is helpful for detect Infection.Abdominal ultrasound sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease may ruled out.
If this problem is long standing than think about irritable bowel syndrom. Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
