What Causes Excessive Fatigue, Tinnitus And Headache?

I am having several odd symptoms but nothing specific to explain. I am somewhat pale, low energy, tired even with a good night s sleep(I have a CPAP machine). My ears always ring but seem to be much louder. I have left ear pain, swelling in my left jaw. I am having a hard time focusing to work. I have a mild constant headache, my head feels fuzzy and heavy. I am not having any allergy symptoms although I feel as though I have taken a decongestive but I have not. My mouth is extremely dry at night (more than usual). I just in general do not feel good
