Hi..
Welcome to Healthcare Magic..
I have gone through your query and can very well understand your health concerns..
As per your complain
sore throat and
excessive salivation can be seen in a number of cases like
post nasal drip in cases of
common cold, sinusitis,GERD etc.
It can also be seen in case of mouth ulcers..
But as you have Burping problem along with sore throat and excessive salivation it is most likely that you have a problem of
acid reflux from stomach into mouth which is seen in GASTRO-ESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE..
I would suggest you to consult an ENT expert and get evaluated and an Endoscopy can be advised by the treating physician..
In case of GERD Omeprazole 4O mg twice a day can be relieving..
Taking antacids half an hour before meals can reduce excess acidity..
Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration and help in diluting the stomach acid..
Avoid acidic and spicy foods..
In case if GERD is not detected the treatment will be planned as per the diagnosis..
Hope this information helps..
