What Causes Excessive Vomiting And Weird Smell Around Arms And Head?

I have an 11 week old baby who vomits excessively 24 hours a day. Ultrasound for pyloric stenosis normal, having upper GI in a couple of days. Also noticing that she has a funky smell under armpits and especially her head, even immediately after having a bath. What could be causing this?

Your query being appreciated, two possibilities are there one is infection and second is allergic condition, I would advise to rule out the infection and if found appropriate treatment can be given, even same can be done for allergic condition for symptomatic relief Domperidone drops can be tried and dose can be adjusted according to weight, some time it may not be the vomiting but it could be just a burping mimics vomiting in that case no need to worry hope this information helps.
