What Causes Excessive Weight Gain And Rectal Bleeding?
Somethings not right. I and a thirty six year old male. I have gained over 25 pounds in the last two years. I eat very healthy, I don t even eat fast food. I have bleeding from the rectum occasionally, an odd fluttering or quivering in my abdominal area sometimes. I am extremely tired at times and weak. I ve only recently gained benefits, but scared to see a doctor....

General & Family Physician, Dr. Prakruthi's Response
Hi,
Maybe add an exercise regimen in the routine too. Consuming a high fiber diet is also recommended. Occasional bleeding per rectum maybe because of hard stools. After all, if you still don't feel better you can visit your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Prakruthi, General & Family Physician
