What Causes Excessive Weight Gain In Abdominal Area With Swollen Hands And Feet?
Hi, I am a 34 year old female who has always been very slender (between 100-120lbs). Within 2-3 weeks I have gone up to a weight of 157lbs. My diet and exercise did not change. Most of the weight is located in my stomach and I almost looks like I am pregnant again. I have done a pregnancy test as well as having a marana and my husband has had a vasectomy. Now I am starting to have a lot of swelling in my hands and feet and pain to go along with both. My feet are so swollen that you cannot tell I have ankles. I am currently looking for a family doctor but I am just wondering if this should be something that I should be going to walk in clinic for (if it could be serious) or should I wait until I found a family doctor.

gaining weight is only diet and lack of exerciser,theother reason can be thyroid , so have thyroid hormone essay. with report consult endocrinologist should go for renal function test sine edema can give rise to ascitis and accumulation fluid in face and foot. you have taken sufficient precaution to avoid pregnancy.in view of this it is related to hormone disorder
