What Causes Excessive Weight Gain?

I recently had labs come back with an A/g level of 0.1, an albumin of 1.3, a globulin of 13 and a total protein of 14.3. I have been gaining weight rapidly for the past 6 months, have been very lethargic. I have 3 autoimmune disorders, a seizure d/o. My thyroid was checked and I am stable on my synthroid. I can t believe I m even still standing with an Alb of 1.3!

Hi,

As per the test results, your protein level is very high, you need to consult your endocrinologist for further evaluation and treatment plan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
