What Causes Excruciating Migraines And Unfocussed Vision?

Ive been getting excruciating migraines and problems with for my vision the past year (Dotted, Eye pain, Trouble focussing). The headache and vision trouble seems to get better immediately after removing my glasses. I have been to 2 different eye doctors and both of them said my eye wealth and prescription is fine. I was then referred to a very reputable neurologist and had an MRI to scan my head. He saw nothing but a deviated septum. Im not expecting a diagnosis from you but even advice would be greatly appreciated.
