What Causes Excruciating Pain On The Forehead After A Self Injury?
Hello, I just walked right into the corner of an open cabinet and hit the top left corner of my head pretty hard. I felt stunned from the pain but I m typing this less that 10 minutes after it happened. My head has a divot where the corner of the cabinet hit, my brow and forehead hurt, my nose feels like it is going a bit numb, and my left eye is beginning to hurt. The back of my head is beginning to hurt as well. Thus far, no nausea or bleeding, just excruciating pain. Do you think I need to go to the ER?

Went through your post as you recent head trauma I would suggest you watch for vomiting and loss of consciousness if any of such symptoms occur you should visit ER then other wise it will be OK. You can take some analgisc for headache.
