What Causes Exhaustion And Pain In Neck?

hello doctor my mother inlaw is very tired and exhausted every 2 days. She couldn t walk or hold a thing when she s tired. Also, she feels pain at her neck when she s tired and very dry with her neck and thirsty. Please tell me what kind of sickness is this. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi dear.I have thoroughly read your query & deeply understand your concerns.
This can be probably due to spinal problems in the neck resulting in the compression of nerve.I were to evaluate do a neck X-ray or CT C-spine if required.Advise neck brace for 8 to 12 weeks minimum with muscle relaxants and analgesics as and when required to alleviate pain.Hope this answers your query.She shall get well soon.
