What Causes Extreme Drowsiness When Taking Effient, Pravastatin, Nexium, Amlodipine Besylate, Premarin?
may 1st this year I had a stent put in an artery that was 90% blocked. Not even the doctor realized the block was there. he was just on a hunting trip, but now I am on Effient 10mg, Pravastatin Sodium 20 mg, nexium, amlodipine Besylate 2.5 mg, and Premerian, I don t feel good when I am taking these, I am extremely sleepy during the day and my legs are achey . I mentioned this to the desk nurse, but wasn t made an appt to come in. I go in next week. Can I please reduce some of this medication

First you should not be on premarin if you have vascular disease. Talk to your doctor about how to stop that as soon as possible.
Next, several of your medicines can cause fatigue and muscle aches.
The amlodipine is the most likely cause of fatigue and the pravastatin is the most likely cause of muscle aches.
However, no one can tell you to lower the doses unless you are seen in person and blood pressure and other things are checked.
If you cannot see your doctor try to see one of the partners in that practice very soon
