Fluctuations in blood pressure can be due to medical conditions & also due to emotional or physical strain. You are suggested to avoid stress & anxiety. Stay cool & comfortable.
Do not overthink, worries will cause changes in blood pressure & may cause serious pathology or trigger
heart disease.
Avoid alcohol, smoking or addictions if any. Maintain a healthy lifestyle (stay active & happy, take nutritious homemade food, regular walking, maintain low BMI).
You are suggested to get a complete medical check-up done to rule out
diabetes,
hypertension, cardiovascular diseases,
thyroid problems & CNS problems). Get treated at the earliest.
For good sleep, you ca take warm milk, almond milk. Food is rich in
magnesium, calcium, B6, nuts & seeds.
Do not take heavy meals before bedtime, food containing water, avoid high protein & high-fat food, alcohol & caffeine 4-6 hours before bedtime. Your vitals will have to get back to normal before any medical procedure.
