What Causes Extreme Pain In The Left Arm?

I been in extreme Pain for over a year now.Am unable to move my left arm due to shoulder pain and my bicep gets almost charley horse type pain when i do the slightest thing.also my neck been hurting me.Making it so hard to sleep. the pain never ends or lets up even the skin hurts feels as a sun burn stretched across my neck to my right shoulder.Even my fingers on my left hand are numb all the time i can not get in to see a doctor till January how to i relive some this pain until i can see help.

First of all you should have to relax and use your arm only for slight moments that you can tolerate
you should have to to move on that period till january on pain killer i will recommend to use DICLORAN 100 MG (you have pains for almost a year so you have already tried lower dose of this drug already i think so )TWICE A DAY FOR FIVE DAYS and also DENIZEN DS 10 mg for FIVE DAYS that will improve your situation .
