As per my clinical experience, the comorbid conditions of headache, difficulty in falling asleep with recent job attachment do indicate altered homeostasis of
sleep cycle with diurnal variation of hormone release. My guidelines at present:
- Consider to get normal rhythm over period of time
- Do not
stress out much with your eyes at computer or mobile screen for longer periods
- Practice eye splashing with cold water 5-6 times a day
- Apply ice over both eyes 3 times a day
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids
- Avoid
smoking, alcohol or any recreational drugs if using
- Do engage in meditations, YOGA
- Regular
aerobics, walking, swimming or other activities whatever is suitable for you to indulge to keep your body fit and fine
- Manage to have sound regular uninterrupted sleep of 6 hours minimum
Do visit your
primary care basic evaluation of your blood pressure and eye sight sharpness for near and distant vision.
