What Causes Eye Pain,headache And Nasal Congestion In Children?

Hello there, My daughter says that the back of her eyes hurt and has a bit of a headache and a bit of a stuffy nose. Her eyes are a little puffy and slightly dark circles. Could this be just allergies? She has never had allergies. Or just a common head cold?

This can be due to frontal or ethmoidal sinusitis.
give her steam inahalation 3--4 times daily added with decongestents.
please go for an ENT examination to rule out for stuffed sinuses, which can cause all the problems.
She may require a course of antibiotics, decongestants, anti-inflammatory medicines.
