What Causes Facial Swelling Around Ear And Itching On Tongue?

ever since i had tooth decay which has almost eaten up my whole wisdom teeth on the right side, i am having strong itch on the sides of my tongue, normally it happens when i eat something (for Instance buiscuits) the itch starts and continues to grow finally leaving a painless big lump(2.5" in lenght i.e along the jaw bone) which is very irritating, along with that i rarely get my parotid gland swollen which makes my whole right side face to swell starting around the ear,
please tell me if its serious

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems like there is allergic reaction to some unknown allergen that is causing itching, bump formation and swelling after eating certain foods..
It does not seems to be looking like related to wisdom tooth but looks like allergic reaction.
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case if the symptoms seems to be related to some underlying dental cause treatment will be planned accordingly otherwise you will be referred to an Allergist or Immunologist and allergic testing can help in ruling out the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
