You are having serious cough issues. You are a smoker, you are suggested to join a detox center and gradually but successfully quit smoking. Tingling and numbness are indicative of developing
peripheral neuropathy. Get clinically assessed by a
Neurologist, get nerve conduction tests and imaging tests done. Get treated. Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12 or supplements.
Digestive issues are commonly caused by
food allergy, food poisoning, IBS, GERD, acidity, ulcer, etc. Avoid taking oily, spicy food instead take boiled food. Avoid taking packaged food, processed food, trans fat, full fat dairy products, etc. You can take antacids and PPIs to avoid it. Do not skip meals. Avoid sedentary lifestyle.
Faint feeling and
lightheadedness is commonly due to
dehydration,
hypoglycemia,
electrolyte imbalance, low / high BP, Vertigo, anemia, poor general health condition, etc. Take food and health drinks, water, soup, beverage to maintain your vitals. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT or in the ER, to detect or rule out vertigo. Get treated. Visual distortions should be checked thoroughly by an eye Specialist. Get treated. Stay away from addictions if any.
