What Causes Fainting Spells With Rapid Heart Rate?

Hi, My daughter has had 3 spells now over the 10 days with the symptoms of dizziness and feeling faint, heart pounding and feeling jittery. Her PA can t seem to find anything wrong when checking her vitals so they are trying to label it under anxiety but we have no reason to believe that she has other symptoms or reasons to fit this diagnosis.
