What Causes Fainting While Travelling By Train?

My name is mrinmoy guria age 50 for the last 8to 10 years whenever I travel by train I become unconscious for maximum 3-4mins sometimes unconscious urinating takes place several doctors have done several tests and administered medicine but to no effect I want to get myself checked up annd treatment from cmc

You may have some kind of autonomic disturbances. Giddiness during Travelling in train could be motion sickness or syncope. Suggested test are autonomic function testing like head tilt test, heart rate variability. Visit the neurologist for the same.
