What Causes Fatigue Along With Depression And Dizziness?
I am a 61 yr old female, I am constantly tired all the time,I cry at the drop of a hat, I am having dizzy spells that are mild with my eyes seeing black spots all the time. I get real nervous and impatience . I know I have high blood pressure and I have had back surgery. I get to where sometimes when I talk I get to tied to do even that. can you help me

Hello, Thank you for your question and I am sorry that you are having this difficulty. It could be from any one of a number of causes. If you are not someone who has had depression in the past then I would first look for medical conditions like hypothyroidism to see if that could be the cause. The dizziness may be from anemia. Please see your doctor for treatment and testing to determine the causes of your problems
