What Causes Fatigue Along With Headache And Chills?
My husband is 50 yrs old. Three days ago he started feeling kind of run down and no energy. Now for the past two days he starts getting a headache right behind his eyes and feels draggy and right before bedtime he starts chilling and cant get warm. Gets up the next morning feeling better but the longer the day goes by the worse he feels. Should we be worried?

Sinus problem cause a pain behind eye or cheekbones..
X ray ca help for further diagnosis.
If sinus infection there than antibiotic ,antiinflamatory ,nasal decongestant help.
Consult a neurologist for examination.
Ct scan for further work up.
